Following the motto “If this is the solution, I want my problem back” , with more than 20 years experience in the industry and international consulting in different international companies, we advise organizations during transactions, business transformation and restructuring processes.

In particular we provide advisory services on the topics of Mergers & Acquisitions, organization design and transformation (restructuring, rightsizing, integration), post merger integration, human capital, international growth and cultural change/integration projects.

We have substantial experience in strategic HR, Mergers & Acquisitions, organizational development & design, transformation, PMI and general HR management on international level from both line management and consulting roles as well as has been a featured speaker on topics like leadership issues in transactions, M&A  and Business Transformation.
